Trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, EMDR, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Resolution, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Heather works with you to overcome the overwhelm of life, with 1-2-1 sessions blending techniques bespoke to you, so you can release the past, thrive and enjoy life again.
